Housing Completions V Predicted Demand Q3 2025

There were 9,235 new dwelling completions in July, August, and September (Q3) 2025, a rise of 4% on the same three months of 2024 (source: CSO).

With the industry operating at near capacity, this is an annualized output of 36,940 units against a predicted requirement of 50,000 units per annum until 2030.
